Yes. Ravellora offers free standard shipping on all eligible orders within the United States.

At this time, we serve customers and ship orders within the United States.

4. What should I do if I receive a defective or damaged product?

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs or videos showing the defect or damage.

Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, we may provide a replacement at no additional cost or offer another appropriate resolution.

5. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes. Ravellora offers a 24-hour cancellation window beginning when your order is submitted.

To request a cancellation, email our customer support team at info@ravellora.com as soon as possible.

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed after the 24-hour period or once an order has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment.

Ravellora offers a straightforward return process for eligible products.

8. Do your products include a warranty or guarantee?

Yes. Ravellora provides a 30-day limited guarantee on eligible purchases.

This guarantee may cover products that arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered.

The guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, normal wear and tear, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow product instructions.

No. Ravellora currently operates as an online-only store.

Operating online allows us to offer a broader product selection, convenient ordering, and competitive pricing to customers throughout the United States.

Our listed business or mailing address is not a retail store and should not be visited for purchases, returns, or customer service unless an appointment has been confirmed in writing.

12. Can I place a bulk order for a business or organization?

Yes. Bulk and commercial orders may be available for businesses, interior designers, property managers, hospitality companies, offices, and other organizations.

13. How do I exchange a product?
