Ravellora offers free standard shipping on eligible orders within the United States.
Do you ship outside the United States?
No. Ravellora currently ships exclusively within the United States and does not offer international shipping.
Can I return my order?
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original condition and packaging. Please review our Return and Refund Policy before sending anything back.
What should I do if my products arrive damaged or defective?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos or videos of the damage. Once the issue has been reviewed, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
After your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within seven business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds.
